Kitty Kat Women Bags guarantees customer satisfaction, and makes the Return and Exchange Process extremely easy.

Returns

Kitty Kat Bags offers a 14-day money back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we simply ask our customers to return the unused merchandise back to Kitty Kat Women Bags within 14 days from the delivery date.

Exchanges

All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States.

For international orders, the exchange fee is based on the value and weight of the item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Please note that it might take up to 7 days for the credit to post to your account.

Shipping Fees are not refundable.

If the returned item does not arrive in its original condition with all paperwork, dustbags, and/or boxes, it might be returned back to you, or a restocking fee will be applied.

All items are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that they are in brand new condition. If for some reason you feel that you received a defective item, you may send it back to us and we will exchange it with a new item. If you do not wish to exchange, you may return the item for a refund but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
