Return/Exchange Policy

 

Kitty Kat Women Bags guarantees customer satisfaction, and makes the Return and Exchange Process extremely easy.

Returns/Exchanges Procedure:


  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact  info@katventures.com to obtain a Return Authorization and Return Address. Packages without a Return Authorization will be not accepted. Your returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise. You must return the item(s) in its original, unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags). 


 

  We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex, UPS or Parcel Post for tracking purposes and that you obtain adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Kitty Kat Women Bags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during return shipping. 

 

 To exchange an item, begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Next, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous sections above. The returned item must be received by Kitty Kat Women Bags in its original, unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags). 


In order to keep our costs low and pass on the savings to our customers, no returns or exchanges are accepted after the initial 7 day return period. All exchanges are a final sale.


New Condition Defined:

 

Your purchase is shipped to you in brand new condition. Items that you return must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a refund. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, with all paperwork (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags and/or boxes) to ensure a refund. We are not responsible for any damages to your item that are beyond our control. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, altered, marked or misused in any way. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Kitty Kat Women Bag's' sole discretion.

    

 All unused merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. A flat processing fee of $15 is applied to all exchanges being shipped within the United States.

For international orders, the exchange fee is based on the value and weight of the item.


*Please note that all Coach Bags are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.


Refunds:

 Your returned item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise to receive a refund back to your original method of payment. No exceptions.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are subject to a 5% transaction fee. Balenciaga and Gucci Bags are subject to a 10% transaction fee. A $15.00 fee will be applied to all returns that received free shipping. Items must be in new and unused condition with original packaging, with dust bag/tags. In the event of an undeliverable or refused package, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return including a 10% transaction fee.

 

Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow your bank up to 10 days to post the credit refund to your account.
