We do not sell any used items, or factory defects. 3. Why are your prices lower than the department stores? Kitty Kat Women Bags is an online-based company with low overhead costs. We buy in large quantities, thus we are able to sell in lower prices. 4. Where do you buy from? Our sources are sometimes the same as the ones for the major department stores and boutiques. For the older but always classy styles that we carry, we buy the items from authorized dealers, and vendors at clearance sales. The newer styles, we buy directly from resellers in Europe. 4. Where do you ship from? We ship from Florida and California. 5. How long does it take for me to get the item? It usually takes 1-2 business day for your order to be processed. Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS, and we offer Ground Shipping, 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. 6. Do you charge tax? We only charge tax for items being shipped to the State of Arizona. 7. Do you ship to other countries? We ship worldwide via Fedex. 8. Do you accept returns? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact info@katventures.com to obtain a Return Authorization and Return Address. Packages without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery of your merchandise. You must return the item(s) in its original, unused condition (including all accessories, packaging and tags).If a return is received after 7 days after obtaining a Return Authorization a restocking fee of 10% will be charged.
